Two-Day Corporate Training Program
Immortal Manpower, in collaboration with Videan, successfully conducted a two-day corporate training program for its recruiters. The training was led by industry experts Mr. Saurabh Varshney and Mr. Devarshi Shukla.
The program focused on key areas such as end-to-end recruitment processes, effective candidate onboarding, candidate retention strategies, and CRM best practices. The sessions were designed to enhance recruiters’ practical skills, improve candidate engagement, and build a structured, long-term approach to workforce management.
